About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a safety professional with a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPC, or pipeline projects who is passionate about fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence on-site.
As an HSE Supervisor at MTES, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all project activities are carried out in strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and management to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and promote a proactive safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems in line with company and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP studies, and job safety analyses
- Supervise and enforce the Permit to Work (PTW) system across all site operations
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting processes
- Organize and facilitate toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
- Monitor contractor safety compliance and performance on-site
- Coordinate emergency response drills and fire safety procedures
- Promote Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives to reduce workplace incidents
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare and present HSE reports, statistics, and audit findings to management
- 8–10 years of experience in HSE roles within Oil & Gas, EPC, or Pipeline projects
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory/preferred)
- OSH Managing Safely certification (mandatory)
- First Aid and Fire Fighting certification (preferred)
- Proven experience implementing HSE Management Systems
- Strong working knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Permit to Work systems, risk assessment, and HAZID/HAZOP methodologies
- Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and contractor safety management
