About the Role
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract HR & Recruitment Software Trainer to empower our enterprise clients with the knowledge needed to effectively manage workforce administration and recruitment processes. In this non-technical, client-facing role, you will focus exclusively on teaching users how to navigate and leverage assigned standalone open-source HR applications without requiring any software development or coding background.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging training sessions for clients on assigned HR and recruitment software solutions.
- Demonstrate core platform features including employee records, leave management, attendance tracking, and candidate pipelines.
- Guide participants through routine daily workflows using practical, real-world examples.
- Develop clear user guides, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on training exercises.
- Provide expert answers to user questions regarding application features and everyday utilization.
- Tailor training delivery to align with specific client HR policies and diverse user groups.
- Evaluate participant comprehension and provide targeted follow-up instruction where necessary.
- Proven hands-on experience using at least three platforms such as OrangeHRM, IceHrm, Sentrifugo, TimeTrex, Horilla, OpenCATS, or Laravel/Filament-based HRM tools.
- Solid understanding of core HR administration, recruitment, and workforce management workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching abilities suited for diverse professional audiences.
- Demonstrated capability in creating practical, easy-to-follow training documentation.
- Prior professional background in HR, recruitment, payroll, or personnel management is strongly preferred.
