About the Role
Citylink Homes, a leading real estate brokerage and property development firm in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our workforce across the Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island markets, driving human resources strategies that align with our rapid growth in luxury sales, premium rentals, and commercial leases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and staff welfare programs.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
- Assist in payroll administration and manage routine HR correspondence and documentation.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar HR role, preferably within real estate or corporate services.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws and employment practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Active membership or certification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) will be a strong added advantage.
