About the Role
H-CUE Catering is a dynamic and newly established indigenous hospitality company managed by experienced professionals, committed to delivering outstanding standards and cost-effective services to diverse clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and result-driven HR Officer to join our team in Nigeria and support our expanding workforce through strategic human resource practices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower requisitions, job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes for all new hires.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and effectively manage disciplinary processes.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives, workplace surveys, and employee retention programs.
- Monitor attendance, confirmation probation periods, and performance management processes.
- Partner with line managers to proactively address performance and conduct issues.
- Conduct insightful exit interviews and analyze feedback trends to improve workplace culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and audit requirements.
- Maintain and manage accurate staff records and confidential employee data on the HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional human resources experience.
- Recognized professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
