About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), in partnership with Adasa Catering Services Ltd, has been a trusted provider of premium catering and facilities management services since 1982. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions across multiple operational sites. In this strategic role, you will champion people management initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our workforce in delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent retention across multiple sites.
- Drive effective people management, leadership development, and employee relations strategies.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievance handling, and complex negotiations with tact and professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage multiple human resources projects simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality in managing sensitive employee records and organizational data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within the industrial catering or oil and gas support services sector.
- Mandatory certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations across multiple remote or industrial sites.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with catering hygiene standards and industry-specific workforce requirements is a strong advantage.
