About the Role

The People Practice is partnering with a forward-thinking financial services institution to hire an experienced and commercially minded HR Lead. In this pivotal role, you will go beyond managing standard HR processes to build a robust people function from the ground up, working directly with executive leadership to shape the company's organizational structure, culture, and talent capabilities during a phase of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s overall business and growth objectives.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and critical talent decisions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent planning, and career development initiatives for key positions.
  • Shape a high-performance culture that reinforces accountability, collaboration, and core company values.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation structures, reward decisions, and retention strategies.
  • Manage core HR operations, governance, compliance, and reliable people data reporting.
  • Guide the business through structural changes and organizational scaling while preserving culture and agility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior business partnering or leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in financial services, asset management, professional services, or high-performance environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership to influence business outcomes.
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, reward systems, and HR operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
