We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate HR Generalist & Training / Development Officer to anchor our human resources functions and cultivate an environment of excellence, continuous learning, and superior guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive training and development programs tailored to staff in various luxury service departments.
- Administer employee relations, performance management systems, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Monitor employee engagement, coordinate retention strategies, and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR metrics, and assist in payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an HR Generalist, Training Officer, or in a similar capacity, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end service sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills with a natural flair for coaching and mentoring.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and learning management systems.
