Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, our client is seeking an exceptional human resources leader to drive their overarching people agenda, foster a high-performance culture, and support rapid business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the comprehensive people strategy aligned with the organisation's overarching business objectives.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive organisational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster positive employee relations and ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour legislation and international HR best practices.
- Manage the HR department efficiently, providing mentorship to the internal team and championing corporate culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is highly advantageous.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience operating as an HR Director within the FMCG and/or Food and Beverage Manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success operating within a dynamic international or multinational corporate environment.
- Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
- Must be currently based in Lagos, Nigeria.
