About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, a premier hospitality destination conveniently located in the heart of Abuja near major business and leisure hubs, is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our housekeeping team, ensuring that our 176 luxury rooms and public spaces reflect the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety for all our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all guest rooms and public areas in compliance with hotel guidelines.
- Ensure guest rooms are fully equipped, properly arranged, and furnished with appropriate amenities and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to the hotel's lost and found procedures, handling guest belongings with utmost integrity.
- Complete accurate housekeeping operational reports, including room status, linen inventory, and maintenance logs, submitting them to the supervisor on time.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly in line with established health and safety regulations.
- Promptly identify and report any room maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department.
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and legislative requirements (HSE) and attend to additional duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent professional hospitality training.
- Prior experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks efficiently.
