About the Role
Golden Bell's Multi Concepts (GBMC) Limited, a premier hospitality consulting and management firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities. We are looking for a proactive professional who takes pride in their work and understands the nuances of top-tier hospitality service management.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities according to company standards.
- Inspect rooms to ensure all furnishings and equipment are in optimal condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, notifying management of reorder needs.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies and confidentiality procedures.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Proven professional experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar hospitality cleaning role.
- Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or housekeeping is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift cleaning equipment throughout the shift.
