First Treebones Hotel and Resort, a premier luxury lodging destination in Umuahia, Abia State, owned by renowned businessman Mr. Steven Ukpabi, is currently finalizing preparations for its grand opening. We are seeking dynamic, hardworking, and professional Hotel Supervisors and Managers to lead our daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel and resort operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house, housekeeping, and guest services staff to maintain professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure cleanliness across all resort areas.
- Collaborate with senior management to execute marketing strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Supervisor, Manager, or in a similar hospitality leadership role is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well-mannered, hardworking, and deeply committed to outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury resort environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.
