We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic, experienced Hotel Supervisor and Manager to lead our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to ensure high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations promptly to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hotel premises.
- Prepare regular operational reports and assist management in achieving financial targets.
- Minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
