Bond Chemist Limited, a renowned leader in quality manufacturing and industrial expansion since 1976, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager for our facility in Awe, Oyo State. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless daily operations, elevating guest satisfaction, and steering business growth to match our legacy of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure the hotel facilities, equipment, and environment are properly maintained.
- Ensure guests receive excellent hospitality and customer service.
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing guests.
- Promote the hotel's services through appropriate marketing channels.
- Monitor security arrangements and ensure the safety of guests, employees, and company property.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenditure, and operating costs.
- Prepare periodic operational and financial performance reports for Management.
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality standards, and customer service.
- Good financial management, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and make sound operational decisions.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
