About the Role
District 9 Branded Residences (Velmonti Palace) is Abuja's upcoming landmark ultra-luxury destination, opening its doors for world-class hospitality talent. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all daily operations, elevate guest satisfaction, and establish new benchmarks of excellence in the Nigerian luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front office, housekeeping, F and B, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and high occupancy rates.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of luxury service delivery, guest relations, and brand consistency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost-control measures without compromising guest experience.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven executive experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or branded residence.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
