About the Role

Guided by our philosophy of thinking beyond boundaries, we are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Hotel General Manager to lead our property operations, elevate service standards, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost room occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), RevPAR, and overall profitability.
- Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and enforce cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and operational staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to maintain exceptional satisfaction scores and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Partner with the sales and marketing team to secure corporate accounts, enhance brand visibility, and drive business development.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and statutory hospitality regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive hospitality experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving hotel occupancy, revenue growth, and cost-efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), OTAs, and financial reporting tools.
