We are currently seeking exceptional Hosts and Hostesses who embody elegance, warmth, and a passion for unparalleled guest service. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador of our brand, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, memorable, and prestigious experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet all guests, residents, and visitors with utmost warmth, professionalism, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest seating efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the concierge, front desk, and food and beverage teams to anticipate and cater to guest preferences.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests promptly and gracefully, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the property's amenities, suites, and dining offerings to provide accurate information to high-net-worth clientele.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming, etiquette, and professional deportment at all times.
- Minimum of a OND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional certification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Host, Hostess, Front Desk Agent, or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or premium residential setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, articulate, and polite telephone and in-person demeanor.
- Impeccable personal presentation, grooming, and poise suited for a five-star ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
