Operating 24 hours daily, we serve as a high-utility 'third place' designed for professionals seeking quality workspace, premium dining, and networking opportunities. We are recruiting talented Host/Hostess professionals to join our hospitality team and elevate our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and throughout their visit
- Manage seating arrangements and optimize table allocation for operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed knowledge of venue services, facilities, and offerings
- Coordinate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with attentiveness and discretion
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception and waiting areas
- Manage reservations and walk-in traffic during peak hours
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Uphold brand standards and premium service quality at all times
- Relevant qualification in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Proven experience in hosting, reception, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Must be a resident of Abuja, Nigeria
