About the Role
Monument Distillers Nigeria Limited, a fast-rising wines and spirits company renowned for producing and distributing global and local brands such as John Bannermans Scotch Whisky, 1960Rootz Bitters, 4 Horses Bitters, Four Cousins Wines, and the Les Damier Wine range, is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven HoReCa Ecommerce and Events Ambassador to elevate our brand presence across hotels, restaurants, cafes, digital platforms, and high-profile events throughout Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive brand awareness, visibility, and volume growth within assigned HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) accounts.
- Manage strategic partnerships with key venue managers, event planners, and online retail platforms to maximize product placement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute experiential marketing events, tastings, and brand activations to engage target consumers.
- Monitor ecommerce channels, ensuring optimal product listing, pricing visibility, and seamless digital ordering experiences.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the Nigerian beverage industry.
- Train hospitality staff on brand heritage, product portfolios, and upselling techniques to boost consumer preference.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, event ROI, digital campaign metrics, and market feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, or experiential marketing within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian HoReCa sector and digital commerce landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
