About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Home Economics Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the holistic development of our students in Nigeria.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Home Economics Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured lessons in Home Economics and related subjects.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to create a conducive and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous academic and personal growth.
- Encourage practical skills development and foster a passion for self-reliance and domestic arts among pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to organize school events and developmental programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Home Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate the ability to teach assigned subjects effectively and creatively.
- Previous teaching experience will be considered a significant added advantage.
