In this pivotal role, you will act as second-in-command to the Managing Director, overseeing daily operations and driving our mission to transform rural and urban infrastructure through advanced Geo-information Management Systems. Key Responsibilities- Spearhead commercial growth by identifying high-value tenders, enterprise partnerships, and new market opportunities within the technology and GIS sectors.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and business expansion into new verticals and geographies.
- Translate the company's long-term vision into actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring seamless alignment across business development, GIS, survey, IT, and project teams.
- Optimize operational workflows and resource allocation to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce delivery timelines, and maximize project profitability.
- Build a robust middle-management structure to foster a high-performance culture and cultivate a strong commercial mindset across all technical departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, accompanied by a mandatory MBA or Master's degree.
- Must possess a recognized Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
- 12 to 15+ years of comprehensive experience in operations or business management, featuring 3 to 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving aggressive revenue growth, closing complex deals, and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong financial literacy with expertise in P&L management, revenue-to-payroll optimization, and data-driven problem-solving.
