Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the nursery and primary sections.
- Oversee daily school operations, administrative functions, and facility management.
- Lead curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure compliance with national and international educational standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teachers to promote continuous professional growth and high-quality instructional delivery.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with parents, guardians, and the broader community to foster positive relationships.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined environment that aligns with the school's core values.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or Master's Degree in Education or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and administrative experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Mandatory possession of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
- Strong knowledge of modern curriculum development and comprehensive school management practices.
