We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Retail to lead our retail operations, optimize store performance, and champion our market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all retail operations, store performance, and day-to-day business activities.
- Develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain strict inventory control, and uphold high merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and manage retail teams to achieve operational excellence and high morale.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic business decisions.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail management and strategic operations.
- Compulsory professional certifications including SMEI, CPSL, and NASP.
- Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills with a track record of team building.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and managing retail performance metrics.
