We are currently looking for a visionary Head of Research & Strategy to spearhead our macroeconomic research, investment analysis, and corporate planning functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive research into financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and competitor activities to identify strategic business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the creation and publication of high-impact market reports, economic outlooks, and flagship research documents.
- Conduct advanced financial modeling, valuation assessments, and equity research to guide institutional and retail investment decisions.
- Drive the development and implementation of Group-wide strategic objectives, corporate plans, and business expansion initiatives.
- Mentor and coach research analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, analytical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- 7 to 10 years of robust experience in corporate strategy, investment analysis, financial services, or business intelligence.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and economic research.
