In this strategic leadership role, you will coordinate operational activities across digital financial services, structured trade finance, asset-financing solutions, and field operations. You will translate executive priorities into actionable plans, establish efficient operating procedures, improve service delivery, and ensure rigorous operational controls. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across business units, including digital payments, financing, and trade operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, workflows, and robust operational reporting systems.
- Manage field teams, Cluster Agents, and Portfolio Growth Officers to drive merchant onboarding and customer engagement.
- Monitor collections, repayment processes, overdue accounts, and operational exceptions alongside Finance and Risk teams.
- Supervise vendors, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and equipment deployment.
- Track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive corrective actions to enhance productivity.
- Strengthen operational controls to prevent cash diversion, documentation gaps, and avoidable business losses.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant operational experience, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrated experience in fintech, banking, lending, supply-chain operations, or asset financing.
- Strong practical knowledge of collections monitoring, customer onboarding, documentation, and field operations.
- Exceptional planning, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
