In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, driving efficiency, accountability, and strategic excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen internal controls and optimize workflows to maximize operational efficiency
- Manage organizational budgets, implement cost-control measures, and maintain audit readiness
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee human resources operations, talent planning, and performance management systems
- Ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets and scope parameters
- Cultivate an organizational culture anchored in transparency, accountability, and innovation
- Direct logistics, inventory management, and facility operations to support organizational mission delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience in NGO or non-profit sector operations highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
