About the Role
Sales Force Consulting, a premier business and human capital development firm, is seeking a seasoned and analytical professional to join our team as the Head, Internal Control. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for championing a robust internal control environment, ensuring stringent compliance, and fostering operational excellence across our business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver timely, comprehensive reporting on the internal control framework and identify any control deficiencies.
- Initiate strategic action plans and actively monitor progress to resolve identified control deficiencies.
- Engage proactively with both internal and external auditors to guarantee the swift resolution of all audit findings.
- Spot, assess, and address emerging business risks, translating findings into detailed impact analyses.
- Develop, initiate, and implement innovative control policies that align with industry best practices and company goals.
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
- Professional certification such as ICAN is considered a strong added advantage.
- At least 10 years of practical internal control experience gained specifically within manufacturing companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and process standardization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
