We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations and Human Resources for our diagnostics centre located on the Lagos Mainland. Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and daily leadership across both operational and human resource functions within the diagnostics centre.
- Oversee the core pillars of human resource management, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure all internal systems, policies, and operational workflows support organizational goals and maintain regulatory standards.
- Drive employee relations initiatives to foster a high-performance, engaged, and accountable workforce.
- Partner with senior management to design and implement effective business process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven previous experience in people management specifically within a medical diagnostics centre is a strict requirement.
- Demonstrated middle-management expertise spanning core HR pillars and operational leadership.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a mature professional demeanor.
- Availability to work on alternate Saturdays as part of the standard operational schedule.
