Operating 24 hours daily, you will oversee all kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, food safety, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect contemporary culinary trends and premium quality standards
- Oversee all kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations, consistent food quality, and strict adherence to food safety protocols
- Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Maintain impeccable food presentation and plating standards aligned with The Living Room's luxury brand
- Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining and beverage experience for clientele
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Relevant culinary certification or professional qualification
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
- Exceptional culinary skills with expertise in contemporary and international cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
