We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Head Bartender & Mixologist to curate exceptional beverage experiences for our elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute innovative, high-end cocktail menus that reflect global mixology trends and local luxury preferences.
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring flawless execution, strict hygiene standards, and exceptional guest service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain world-class standards of hospitality and beverage preparation.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and cost-effective ordering of premium beverages and supplies.
- Build strong rapport with patrons, delivering personalized service and memorable guest experiences in a high-end environment.
- Proven professional experience as a Head Bartender, Mixologist, or similar leadership role within luxury hotels, upscale lounges, or fine dining establishments.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and cocktail history with a flair for creative presentation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting.
- Relevant professional certifications in mixology, hospitality management, or food and beverage service are highly advantageous.
