We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Guidance Counsellor to join our esteemed team and help shape the future of our students within a rapidly changing world.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive academic, emotional, and social counselling to students across various grade levels.
- Identify individual student needs and develop targeted, effective intervention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and teachers to support holistic student well-being and personal development.
- Conduct workshops and guidance sessions addressing mental health, career choices, and personal growth.
- Maintain confidential student records and monitor ongoing progress.
- Minimum of a First Degree or HND in Guidance and Counselling or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience working as a guidance counsellor in a reputable educational setting.
- Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos State for easy commute.
