About the Role
Hilton Worldwide is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Guest Experience Hostess to join our prestigious hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, professional, and seamless greeting upon arrival. You will play a vital role in upholding our world-class standards by managing reservations, coordinating with the Food and Beverage team, and providing exceptional service that makes every visitor feel valued and recognized.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, acknowledge reservations, and escort them to their tables with utmost courtesy.
- Manage guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate wait-time estimates and skillfully manage guest expectations during peak operational hours.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, products, and bar seating arrangements.
- Assist callers politely, taking accurate messages and forwarding them without delay.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and professional grooming standards in compliance with Hilton guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislations at all times.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working in a Food and Beverage or Guest Experience department within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling and basic financial transactions.
- Working knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
