We are currently looking for a strategic and visionary Group Head, Retail Banking to spearhead our retail banking operations, expand our market share, and drive financial inclusion across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive retail banking strategies aligned with the overall vision and growth objectives of VFD Group.
- Drive the acquisition, engagement, and retention of individual customers at scale through innovative digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee consumer financial services, credit analysis, and retail risk management to ensure a healthy and profitable portfolio.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize digital banking platforms and introduce market-leading fintech solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and relationship management teams to achieve aggressive business targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant professional certification will be a distinct advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of comprehensive retail banking experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling retail customer acquisition and managing consumer financial portfolios.
