About the Role
Gtext Homes is a prominent luxury real estate developer and smart home builder in Nigeria founded by Dr. Stephen Akintayo. The firm specializes in delivering green, automated, and sustainable residential ecosystems across major hubs in Nigeria and internationally. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Graphics Designer currently serving their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to bring fresh creativity to our vibrant marketing and brand development team.
Key Responsibilities- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, flyers, and digital assets for social media campaigns, web platforms, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize visual strategies for luxury real estate and smart home products.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of aesthetic appeal.
- Edit and retouch high-resolution photographs of properties, events, and corporate projects.
- Create engaging motion graphics, short videos, and animated content for digital marketing channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, software updates, and digital marketing strategies within the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a primary assignment or relocation flexibility to our Nigerian office.
- BSc or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative branding, digital marketing materials, and typography skills.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
