Key Responsibilities- Create and refine visual assets that support the Darren Davies Properties brand across both digital and print channels.
- Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, property brochures, presentations, email templates, and website visuals.
- Develop, update, and maintain logos and overarching brand elements to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts.
- Produce and edit video content to support promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Strong foundational skills in graphic design for both digital and print mediums.
- Proven ability to create and refine logo designs and branding elements that align with corporate goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typography for clear, visually appealing layouts and communications.
- Expertise using industry-standard design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.
