About the Role
Sylken Ltd, a leading performance-driven pharmaceutical and nutraceutical marketing company headquartered in Lagos, is looking for a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our expanding team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing compelling marketing and branding initiatives across television, web, social media, email, and in-store channels. Key Responsibilities- Execute tactical marketing initiatives across various channels including TV, web, social media, email, and in-store displays.
- Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and the development of innovative marketing concepts.
- Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Prepare engaging digital product pitch presentations and design product packaging and user manuals.
- Conceptualize and produce creative multimedia content, including photography, copywriting, and video assets that align with our brand voice.
- Analyze the performance of social media and email video campaigns to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the management team, Brand Manager, and Web Developer to implement new marketing ideas on schedule.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, email marketing, and content creation expertise; digital photography skills are an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail in proofreading and copywriting.
