We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Granulation Operator to join our dynamic production team and contribute to our mission of healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operate granulation equipment efficiently and safely in strict accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out wet granulation, drying, milling, and related pharmaceutical manufacturing activities as assigned by the production supervisor.
- Ensure thorough and proper cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and production areas.
- Complete all required batch production documentation and equipment cleaning logs accurately and promptly.
- Comply fully with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols at all times.
- Minimum of one year of relevant hands-on work experience in pharmaceutical granulation.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of solid oral dosage manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
- Familiarity with specialized equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), paste-making kettles, and fluid bed dryers is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain rigorous hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping capabilities and a commitment to workplace safety.
