About the Role
Agary Pharmaceutical Limited has been a trusted leader in the importation and distribution of medical and hospital consumables since 1992. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic Warehouse and Operations team in Nigeria. This role is designed to provide practical, on-the-job training in inventory control, logistics, and supply chain operations within a thriving pharmaceutical environment, setting the foundation for a successful long-term career.
Key Responsibilities- Support the receipt, storage, and proper arrangement of materials and products within the warehouse.
- Assist with routine inventory management, stock taking, and regular stock reconciliation.
- Support the documentation and accurate recording of all stock movements and warehouse activities.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies promptly to management.
- Support the issuance and dispatch of materials and products in strict adherence to approved procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization across all warehouse zones.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Assist with the preparation of routine operational and warehouse reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support efficient daily operational workflows.
- Execute other assigned tasks and duties as delegated by the operations management team.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Good numerical, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior internship or practical experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical setting is an added advantage.
