About the Role
Greywood Hotels & Apartments is situated in a serene and well-secured environment, providing clean and comfortable accommodations to corporate professionals and leisure guests. We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Driver to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests, staff, and hotel goods, ensuring that every journey reflects our commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel items to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and optimal roadworthiness of the assigned hotel vehicle at all times.
- Conduct routine checks on vehicle conditions including fuel, oil, tires, and brakes, reporting any issues promptly.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Assist guests courteously with luggage during pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and daily trips.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front desk and management regarding transport schedules.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, such as insurance and vehicle registration, remains valid and current.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality or corporate sector.
- In-depth familiarity with local road networks, traffic laws, and safety practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical fitness suitable for assisting with luggage and cargo handling.
