We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Golf Operations Attendant & Caddie Supervisor to oversee our premium golf facilities and ensure an unforgettable experience for our esteemed guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and schedule caddies and golf operations staff to maintain the highest standards of service and etiquette.
- Manage daily golf operations, including tee times, player registration, pace of play, and tournament coordination.
- Inspect, maintain, and manage golf carts, equipment, and facility areas to ensure optimal working conditions and pristine presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, equipment rentals, and personalized course information.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and hospitality teams to ensure seamless execution of events and daily course activities.
- Enforce course policies, safety guidelines, and environmental standards consistently.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in golf operations, resort hospitality, or a similar upscale recreational environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Extensive knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and guest-relation skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality management or sports administration will be an added advantage.
