We invite enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as General Volunteers, offering a unique platform to gain practical, hands-on experience across various creative and administrative domains.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on prospective sponsors, partners, and relevant entertainment organizations using approved templates.
- Assist with outreach correspondence, track follow-up schedules, and support the resource mobilization team.
- Support social media promotional distribution, community engagement, and monitor audience feedback.
- Assist with content drafting, creative research, digital asset organization, and media production activities.
- Maintain administrative trackers, update contact lists, organize digital files, and support meeting documentation.
- Help prepare ticketing information, manage audience enquiries, and support guest logistics and program documentation.
- Complete assigned research, coordination, and general project support tasks under the supervision of team leads.
- Submit weekly progress reports detailing completed assignments, pending tasks, and required support.
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education or training is an advantage.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with professional conduct.
- Basic digital literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to dedicate approximately 1 to 2 hours per day.
- Portfolio or practical experience in digital skills, research, or creative writing is a strong plus.
