Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students based on the approved curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively to maintain a conducive and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance academic and extracurricular programs.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Possession of a relevant teaching qualification or degree (B.Ed., B.A., B.Sc. with PGDE, or equivalent).
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and holistic child development.
