About the Role
Spinhive Laundromat & Cafe is an innovative, hospitality-driven commercial laundry facility and premium cafe lounge headquartered along the vibrant Ajah-Lekki corridor of Lagos. We deliver a seamless Wash, Work, and Dine ecosystem, transforming the traditional laundry experience into an efficient, multi-functional corporate and lifestyle hub. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at our Ogombo Road location.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the laundromat, cafe, and workspace ecosystem to ensure seamless service delivery and high operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, laundry services, and customer relations.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, optimize profitability, and expand our customer base in Lagos.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for both laundry processing and cafe hospitality offerings.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and vendor negotiations to minimize waste and maximize operational margins.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory standards across all facility operations.
- Handle escalated customer feedback promptly and professionally to uphold the Spinhive brand reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience in hospitality, retail, facility management, or multi-service operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports.
- Familiarity with the Lagos business environment, specifically the Ajah-Lekki corridor, is a distinct advantage.
