About the Role
Amy Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead operations and drive strategic growth for our esteemed client in the private security sector. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, optimizing operational processes, managing key client relationships, and ensuring strict cost controls. You will provide visionary leadership to our workforce, aligning team performance with overarching organizational objectives to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive daily business operations and administrative functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to cultivate high productivity and morale.
- Develop and implement innovative business processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage critical client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on basic business finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years holding a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Admin Manager title.
- Mandatory prior experience working in a top private security company at mid-level management or above.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, process development, client relations, and basic business finance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in facility management or manpower outsourcing is considered a strong added advantage.
