We are currently seeking a meticulous and professional General Cashier & Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions and ensure seamless accounting operations. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cash flow, petty cash funds, and banking operations in compliance with company financial policies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash drops, credit card transactions, and outlet revenues against Point of Sale (POS) reports.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, general ledger entries, and daily revenue summaries for management review.
- Disburse staff advances, process vendor payments, and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist the finance department with month-end closing activities, internal audits, and inventory counts.
- Provide courteous and professional service when handling currency exchanges and resolving payment discrepancies for guests.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a General Cashier, Accounts Officer, or in a similar financial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and modern hotel property management systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy, high integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suited for a luxury environment.
