About the Role
Bedmate Furniture, a premier and pioneering furniture manufacturer in Nigeria founded in 2002, is expanding its retail footprint and looking for a dynamic Franchise Marketing Manager. Known for our extensive showrooms spanning Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and beyond, we offer high-end home and office furniture. We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our franchise expansion, attract visionary investors, and build lasting business partnerships across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify profitable locations, consumer trends, and new business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote franchise opportunities through digital marketing, networking, and industry exhibitions.
- Contact prospective franchisees, present detailed business proposals, and communicate ROI benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate franchise applications, assess financial capability, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support the seamless launch of new franchise outlets while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads and prepare regular reports detailing conversion rates, signed agreements, and overall expansion progress to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven professional experience in sales, franchise development, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and investor relations.
- Proven ability to meet challenging sales targets, build robust business relationships, and manage cross-functional projects.
- Competitive monthly salary of N300,000 - N400,000
