About the Role
Sandralia Hotel (Sandralia Hotel by Whitestone), a premier 4-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Jabi, Abuja, is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager. In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of our vibrant culinary and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and robust financial performance across all restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous training, and teamwork.
- Manage inventory control, procurement, and supplier relationships to minimize waste and optimize operational costs.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive F&B revenue, increase profitability, and enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage areas.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to design appealing menus that align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in driving F&B revenue, cost control, and effective inventory management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills with the ability to inspire staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, hospitality software, and modern restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
