About the Role
Golden Bell's Multi Concepts (GBMC) Limited, a premier hospitality consulting and management firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager for our location on Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all F&B operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategic F&B concepts, menus, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant and kitchen staff to maintain peak performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to minimize waste and control food and labor costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest retention.
- Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and sales forecasts for upper management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
