About the Role
Swift Networks is a leading Indigenous Internet Service Provider dedicated to delivering high-speed internet, telephony, and IP-VPN services to residential and enterprise clients throughout Lagos State. We are currently expanding our logistics and transport operations and looking for a dedicated Fleet Driver to ensure our field teams and materials move safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company vehicles safely and promptly to designated locations within Lagos State and surrounding areas.
- Transport staff, equipment, documents, and parcels in line with approved schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking oil, tyres, brakes, and general roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Comply with all Nigerian and Lagos State traffic laws, ensuring adherence to company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials to support field operations and installations.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/WAEC/NECO).
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven professional driving experience within Lagos State, with deep knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting minor faults.
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a telecommunications environment is a distinct advantage.
