About the Role
High Performance Consulting is a premier management consultancy firm dedicated to corporate development, productivity, and high performance. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Fleet Analyst to support critical operational decision-making through comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, validate, and analyze fleet and operational data to ensure absolute accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor key performance indicators including vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, turnaround time, maintenance costs, and driver productivity.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, dynamic dashboards, and data visualisations to empower management decision-making.
- Analyse operating costs, vehicle downtime, trip performance, and resource utilisation to uncover cost-optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with fleet operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to resolve discrepancies and boost efficiency.
- Maintain robust fleet databases leveraging advanced Excel, Power BI, GPS tracking, and modern fleet management software.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced lookup functions, and data cleaning.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management operations is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or specialized transport management systems is an added bonus.
