Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class, anticipatory table service in accordance with fine dining standards and protocols.
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus with detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders accurately, make sophisticated recommendations, and coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams.
- Perform tableside preparations, wine service, and flawless clearing and resetting of tables.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure absolute satisfaction.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and elegant presentation standards across all dining areas and service stations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Chef de Rang in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or upscale hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food safety, and beverage pairing, particularly wine.
- Ability to remain calm, graceful, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Relevant hospitality certifications or culinary/hotel management qualifications are a distinct advantage.
